SCOTUS has no legitimate authority to dictate what is and isn't Constitutional.

I've been telling people this for YEARS and been getting belittled and shouted down for that many years as well.

    Good work, AJA.
My guess, based upon my experience with educating congress-critters, is they will ignore it and go on with expanding government and their personal power. The law is irrelevant to them because it is an impediment to their agenda.

I get emails from them daily. I've been reading them for a number of years along with Imprimus from Hillsdale College. Good, meaty, and historically accurate material.

The idea that SCOTUS, and many others, now believe that they have the override authority on Constitutionality is terrifying. Lifetime appointed people, those mainly appointed to forward one presidents agenda, can shape society as they see fit is about as far removed from the Framers intention as it gets,
Suggestion: Don't tell this to a party member, R or D because they will go ballistic when presented with the historical facts.
(I FB'd and emailed this video to all the ones still talking to me)
