Wow, I cant believe haw hard it is to find an unslanted , factual report about this idea, and it is an idea that is well overdue. I live in rural county with lots of kids who lok for summer work, but cant because the empire says you cant drive equipment, and run a tractor cant work all day cant, cant cant. Yet I remember doing that as a kid, and I also remember a lot of others who recall the same experience. The lunatic liberal media would have you think work is bad, as it teaches you to NOT be dependent on the empire for a handout. I hope they do push this though, as the whole apprenticeship issue has also been sabotaged by the college lobby who want every american to owe 100K for a crappy useless degree from a liberal indoctrination program.
