There is No justification for their actions, they probably caused the kid to be sick when they force 40K vaccines into the kids foot before he was out of the womb! (sar).
It would be one thing if they were on a space ship with limited resources...it's a whole different issue here on earth............

There may be additional factors here that "The State" is considering.....I suspect that if the child survived it would be disabled and cost the government a lifetime of care. In addition to not wanting to pay for any more care....they also don't want to pay for all the follow on care should he live.

This is what happens when a society decides that it will be a ward of the state. The state makes your decisions.

Now, in my estimation, that is how any normal person would act...I'm taking my kid and don't even try and stop me nancy boys...

Just how many experts did you consult? What were the experts' areas of expertise? What if I got my own experts and every one of my experts contradicted all of your experts?

I lost a full term baby during childbirth when my (now ex-) wife had a seizure on the delivery table and almost died herself.

I totally agree with Chad; someone tells me I can't touch my own baby, I guarantee all hell would break loose.

Questioned and answered. This exact situation seems to be getting more common as time goes on. How many times does the public's nose need to be rubbed into situations like this before they realize the foolishness of socialized anything?

A friend of mine ran into a similar situation here in the US when his daughter was misdiagnosed and he stated he wanted to go to another physician to get a second opinion the hospital began immediate legal proceedings to prevent him from taking him from their care because they were certain they were right. The first hospital was wrong and he saved his child by going to another. If any medical authority has determined that nothing else can be done why complain if the parents still want to try something else? If I were told I couldn't touch my dying child with out being arrested for assault someone would need a doctor soon after.

I don't understand why they won't let the parents take the child to Italy, except to save face. However, the world does not need another brain damaged human. We have a lot that aren't, but act like they are.
