My automobile satellite seemed to be working fine and then I heard Comey had hired Patrick Kennedy to defend him!?! Unfortunately something blew up my radio and I'm going to go by the Dealer's place tomorrow and see what's wrong!!!

I have a question. Why do people keep reelecting biased, bigoted, ignorant, judges who have demonstrated they are trying to make themselves look tough and are not interested in Justice. They forget they are no longer Prosecutors! And why must Prosecutors only want a victory, when they should seek Justice!

Some kids say, "I can't do math. It makes my head hurt." And perhaps some of those kids could learn from appropriate instruction.

    Sometimes, though, it's much worse...

I was doing substitute teaching a while back and discovered that black kids who learned their math and science well were getting bad treatment from other black kids for "being too white." As a white guy, I was (and still am) at a loss for any constructive way to counter that stuff. If any of the kids, either the perps or their victims, were to listen to anything I had to say, they would immediately be "too white."

Be there in the individual an innate drive to be the best and thought of as the better positioned person in any given relationship or debate that can be manipulated to political advantage? I think it obvious in those who would consider themselves better able to spend my money than I.

I used to teach astronomy and physics and once a year I would teach introductory astronomy to freshmen. You wouldn't believe some of the stuff those kids thought about the Earth and the cosmos. The flat Earthers are tame by comparison. Some of my students wanted to know why we should have to obey laws written by old white guys, People like
Galileo and Newton. You know, silly laws like gravity and thermo dynamics. And that was 15 years ago. It has gotten a lot worse. Appalling!

I have an old boat I`ll donate, we can take a collection to buy them a sat phone, then send them off to report back when they find the edge. At least that will stop them from further breeding.

It could be related to the progressive increase in post modernist preachings, which state that truth, reason and knowledge are meaningless.

Except that Professor Weinstein is (was) a progressive leftist who fully supported many of the policies that brought about the college takeover by those students. His real crime was of rational thought. A thought that caused him to challenge the celebration of a day where white people were not wanted.

Leftists eat their own all the time.

I'm more interested in why comfort and self-assurance in their innate superiority occur in taking the unreasoned viewpoint for their own. Are they unable to deal with reason, logic, and most especially SCIENCE which (when properly understood) can only make one uncomfortable and doubtful about knowing anything for certain?

Anyone who lives in the year 2018 and professes that the world is flat, is either kidding or is unbearably ignorant.. If the first, let it pass. In the second case it should require further questioning, and if the response was at all serious these people should be fully investigated as to what caused them to display such abysmal ignorance.

There are some really great things that can happen when people respect each other and cooperate.
In todays society, this respect is only available from some of the people (maybe more from so called "deplorables"). This whole idea of taking from one to give to another really is a paid, and it makes one want to just live on a farm miles away from other people...

For those who think the world is flat they should go in search of the edge, hopefully they will fall from the precipice never to be seen again!

It IS too late, given our mob run government. Government would have to collapse, as in some sort of apocalyptic scenario first.

Rand was right in AS that a collapse of collectivism is needed as a precursor to societal change. Only then would individual responsibility be accepted again.

Our education process (state run) is designed to benefit the state and its minions (teachers and administrators). Any other benefit that might accrue to students is purely accidental.

Given that description, our educational system is quite efficient. It offers complete state control over education of all young people up thru at least 12th greade, and limited control over college.
It also offers a LOT of tax money taken from people to go into the educational system, and offers employment to a large number of administrators on all levels of government with high salaries and benefits.

Many Flat Earthers I've met present themselves with a tongue in cheek attitude, and play the game to pull the chains of those incapable of humor. Some who profess a belief in science are bereft of an understanding of sarcasm. I think the numbers of those who really think the Earth is flat are very small.

100 People supported regardless -> Too many people. -> Too many people that can't support themselves or succeed. -> Too many failed children. -> Lowered standards to avoid failure -> goto line 100

When his time was up, wish Weinstein summed up his list of questions with, "Do you know you are a bunch of spineless libtard dunderheads to allow all this out of control radicalized students running your surrendered asylum stupid crap to happen?"
