At first PO'd, me dino calmed down when I heard Trump explain himself within 24 hours or less.
He's already done some good things for this country.

Maybe Trump is trying to keep from being impeached by any one of several "investigations" going on. I think they are going to get him with one of them. They are separating him from his picked advisors, and even attacking his family. Its pretty sick. I am SO done with what this culture is becoming. Already I dont even "see" entitled people that walk down the street, including pretty much all blacks and many many women. They are, as Mr Wonderful says on shark tank, dead to me.

We got Trump in, BUT, the establishment still rules. Both parties want big government as it buys votes of the unwashed.

It is funny money of course, built on deficits and will never be repaid. What we have to do as gulchers is to get OUT of the dollar and into something that has lasting value, while the dollar crashes.

Already we are seeing quite substantial hikes in the prices of restaurant food and particularly cars and trucks. Just wait for a few years to see the prices of cars inch closer to $100,000.

Maybe that will be a headline in this Gulch but never in the liberal biased MSM ;^)

I don't have the confidence that Corsi and some anonymous Q claim to have in Trump. They are as likely to be a facade for Trump to maintain support as to be what they profess to be. Trump recognizes the power of the internet, and Corsi admits to being "connected" with people (ecch!, lawyers!) in the swamp. "Faith" in anyone in a position of power in the federal government is misplaced, imo.

In addition to the caveats one other user has mentioned, Trump cannot shift money between the categories of "discretionary" and "non-discretionary." But within either category, Trump has full authority to spend as he wishes. And if he wishes to declare the wall a necessary part of national defense, there's not a thing the Democrats can do about it. So he just manipulated them into giving him a blank check with a lot of prohibitions against activities that he never intended to pursue anyway. I look at that now, listen to Dick Morris' analysis, and ask myself: why didn't I think of that?

Bottom line, he has the discretion--more discretionary powers than any President before him has ever been allowed to exercise. (Obama did that which the law didn't allow; Trump got Congress to write a law to allow it!)

Now let's see what he does with his discretion.

Trump has total discretion what to spend and what not to spend.
In the bill that was sent to him was not read by the Dumbocrats. 2000 pages that he pretended he wouldn't sign.
The bill states no federal funds can be used to advocate for or promote gun control.
The bill states no federal funds or grants to any nation with sanctuary to terrorists.
No federal funds for the monitoring of data of American citizens.
No federal funds to monitor Americans Internet use.
No federal funds for climate change adding no funds ,contributions or grants or any other payments to support the green climate fund.
No federal dollars to promote, counsel or funds to pay for abortions.
He has funded the wall using the army Corp of engineers and badly needed funds for the military.
