The conflict will begin when the Sacramento thieves start trying to punish the rebels. That would be the perfect time for the Federal government to weigh in, promising retribution for the state violating Federal law. If Brown and company are crazy enough, they may leave the President with no alternative to invoking the Insurrection Act, declaring martial law in California, and disbanding the state government.

When arrests of folk like Hillary begin, there will be more calls from the left for a violent uprising and overthrow of the Trump administration. I will relish watching crowds of Democrats indicted for sedition. Theoretically, members of Con-gress can't be sued for acts that are a part of their job, but calling for violent overthrow of the government is an act of treason. If any do start committing acts of violence, add incitement to riot to the list of charges.

Change occurs when people and places hit bottom. California is well on its way but change will not occur until a financial crisis occurs. When that happens California will look eastward for rescue. When THAT happens the revolution will begin.

Apparently, most Kalifornians seemed ok with breaking federal law, and weirded out when Los Alamitos decided to acttually follow it:

As long as Jerry Brown is governor California will gradually deteriorate into a swamp state. It will be a difficult task to clean the state from the embedded swamp.
