Congresswoman Napolitano and skimming interest from campaign donations

I have thought she is a weasel for some time. But I have to apologize to weasels, as I've just insulted them.
She really just flat out got caught, and is hemming and hawing about what her justifications are. That she doesn't live in a mansion, and drives a small car aren't going to make her appear any less guilty.

The prime interest rate in 1998 was 8%. 18% interest seems usury to me, not to mention it was really dirty money.
