I'm sorry, but when you do not have multiple power sources for such things as a Fab, you are either cheap, stupid, or you really like Russian Roulette. You need 3 main sources of power from 3 different feeds, to ensure failover capability, with a large cushion in backup systems such as batteries or diesel generators. Just the cost of doing business.
