Immigration: Visa quagmire forces San Jose cafe owner to 'self-deport'
Now this is an interestinf example of how trying to fix one thingbreaks another. The guy seems to be doing what the visa system wants, he has 2 businesses and employees, pays taxes, and could not get his visa renewed. It does seem like a weird system, and prone to one party or another to establish arbitrary criteria (i.e maybe his name just was not right), but it seems this is a screwy a deal as you can get.
As to this case, I suspect that he didnt offer government enough benefits in some way. The fact that people partronize and like his businesses just isnt important, nor is the independence of his employees from government handouts something that government wants.
Naah -- that'd never happen {cough} I just think reasonable people should be looking for false flag attac (( asdf';lk ....&&&&&.....,(((
{disconnected due to line noise}
The guy lied to get in. He did not belong here at all.
Look at Canada and Australia to see how they do it. You cant even VISIT either place on a vacation if you have had a DUI in the past 5 years. Immigration there is VERY strict, and they seem to be doing just fine.
In reality however, tourists with bulging wallets, UK tradesmen, and popular
Philippine professional and technical medical staff are stopped on technicalities.
Given the state of the world is such that millions of fine people are available as refugees, it takes some -err- skill to select the ones who want to chop off our heads, which is what happens.
Australian immigration policy- good to learn from, do not copy.
Some bureaucrats will use any change to expand their power no matter the result.
bludgers get in from family connections and by claiming to be refugees.
Meanwhile, hard working people are thrown out as they are an easy touch for the system.
.. .. and, confirm- San Jose, California (of the sanctuary city!)
