"She really thinks that the political class is America's royalty and she's a Countess." - That's because she not so wrong in that thinking. She's kept in office by a dumbed down serf class. Let's think about this a bit. Why did many people leave their homelands to come to the New World? Why was there a Revolution against the Royals in1776? It was mainly to be free individuals, owing to no one. The Royals virtually owned and were in charge of everything. They could pass laws to make sure they were taken care of regardless of the plights of the commoner class. The serf class had to pay rent, tax, and fees on virtually everything they possessed or produced. After the Revolution a man could own a piece of land rent and fee free and keep the fruits of his labor without owing anyone. The Royal class was outlawed. Now the people are back to being serfs again. As a retiree with my house paid off, what do I really own as a "free man"? If I don't pay the "Royal Rent" (property tax) I will find I actually own nothing! If I don't pay the Royal Fee on everything I produce (income tax), I will find I own nothing! The Pelosi types of government ARE the new royalty. They can vote themselves special favors and benefits the new commoner serfs have to pay for but can't have themselves, just like the royalty of the past. They like it like that and it will stay that way as long as they can fool the serfs.

To make a conservative mad, all you have to do is tell a lie.

To make a liberal mad, all you have to do is tell the truth.

I think it's hilarious that most people don't even know Botox is a neurotoxin/paralyzing agent originating from the Botulism bacteria. If you injected Botox into the bloodstream, you could kill someone, yet the FDA approves it for use in cosmetic surgery.

All I could think about is the amount of criticism that Governor Jan Brewer recieved when she wagged her finger at the President - yet, not a peep from the media here.

I once had a classmate in college tell me that "Reality has a liberal bias" when I explained to him that there is a huge liberal bias in the news. So ridiculous.

The Speaker should have reprimanded her. I thought what if he chased her??? Pelosi attempts to intimidate by her aggressive tactics and she needs to be cut down when she does stuff like this.

I find it disturbing that she was not called out by the speaker. He corrected Marino on who he is to be addressing. Yet I saw/heard no reprimand to her misconduct.

You could tell that his statements, no matter how insignificant they seemed to those not aware of Pelosi's history of climbing her way into political arena, started poking at her immediately. Marino: "my experience/past is one of law and order". Whereas this article gives a history of Pelosi that is not of law and order.

Nothing against her being "Miss LubeRack". More interesting is the abridged history. I'm sure this is old news, but

groupthink can do when it becomes ingrown ....

the absolute arrogance of our elected officials and this woman in particular has gotten way out of hand. First it was "you have to pass it find out what's in it" and now a colleague from a backwater in PA is "an insignificant person". She really thinks that the political class is America's royalty and she's a Countess.

We've reached a similar point to where we were with King George in the 1770's. Hopefully we take advantage in November. Unfortunately there are plenty of royals in the republican camp as well.

Could you just here the words that splattered from her mouth. Well I am a United States Representative and I deserve, I say I deserve more respect than your little insignificant place in this house will give me. What a twit. When I seen this they on the News channel said she ran. It looked like she scurried like a mouse with that finger raised.
