FINALLY: DNA Results Of The Paracas Elongated Skulls Of Peru: 2018

This is pretty interesting in that for years the "elongated skulls" have always been pushed off as years of torture with head boards making people look weird. Now they have the DNA evidence to show that it is really natural (4% of them, 96% being self mutilation to try to look like that 4%), and they originated in the Causcus approx 3000 years ago and then traveled to Peru, where they were then hammered by the Nazca tribe into oblivion. Maybe these were the source of all the stories of the tall blonde givers of knowledge that Graham Hancock called the magicians of the gods. Maybe there was a civilzation out somewheres they had that collapsed after the Younger Dryas and they fled, having left the Caucus area much earlier (since the DNA indicates they came from there, but the skulls are in Peru, so where they were between that could be debated). Anyways, he makes some good points we have seen in other issues where mainstream science refuses to acknowledge anything that disrupts their canon of "the way things were".

I think he seems to want to try, but he is footing the bill. No mainstream school or college will touch it, or many other "fringe" subjects but they end up having truth in them, usually. Reminds me of the Hobbit Man debate, where for 20 years, despite having skeletons, mainstream denied they existed, because it did not fit into their model.

    http://humanorigins.si.edu/research/a...

The skulls surely do not either, but mainstream also has never addressed the fact they appear in almost every early history society in art, words and skulls. They also were important enough to have 98% of the ones found to have been painstakingly created over years by self torture, so someone, somewhere must have thought a lot of them. Why? The fringe people are the only ones willing to try ti investigate, gather data and interpret it, I am not upset if they miss the mark.

Sorry about going on my own rant. I agree that there are anomalous elongated skulls that have been found but I wonder why only skulls and not the rest of the skeleton. It seems like these fringe researchers are not doing a complete anatomical research. They want so desperately want to prove that that these skulls are from Ancient Aliens. Foerster will have to do better forensic research which probably won't happen.

I cannot dispute you, as you do have your own background, although I think there is some "levels" of groupings that moved depending on environment and time, in several directions. Again, there are stories and depictions of people with heads shaped like the ones from Peru, all over the world, and they had to come from somewhere, and they had to exist, as no one would just wake up one day thinking they can smush their heads and look really cool. The point is that if true, who were they, where did they come from and where did they go? There is still a lot of the story to uncover, but this may be one bit of it. It is easy to say that they could have migrated to Egypt, and then left for Peru, and traveled the Pacific, there have been several new discoveries in Egyptian boat relics found showing they may have had some very large ocean capable vessels.

Foerster's narration on the DNA was a bit stilted and it took him awhile getting around to the results. It seems like he was a little disappointed in them (he is one of the original Ancient Alien Theorists). In all the ancient hominids discovered there is none with natural cranial deformation.
I also disagree that the Black Sea peoples (refugees of the flooding of the Black Sea river basin) went across the the Pacific to Peru. Even if the Pacific Ocean level was lower during the end of the last Ice Age the sailing distance is still daunting. If the Black Sea refugees traveled across Asia to the Pacific Ocean would take years besides being assimilated into other cultural groups. If they had seafaring capability they would most likely gone across the Mediterranean Sea then over the Atlantic to the Amazon River basin. Then up the Amazon River to Peru/Columbia region ( proven by Thor Heyerdahl Ra Expeditions).
I have traced my own ancestry via genetics plus additional research from the migration of the Black Sea peoples to Varna Culture in Bulgaria into Northern Europe. The dominate genes are slavic, and historically my ancestors are Kashub, one of the first slavic groups to settle in what became Poland. So, this is ancient history as I see it.

Infants are and were carried around in cradleboards. Those had noticeable effects on the babies' heads. And so it began. You asked "Why?" and the Psychology Today article provides your answer. Why do it for upward social mobility? Why wear antiperspirant and/or perfume/cologne? Just what the hell is so bad about smelling like a three-day dead wolf cub? Hahahaha.

I can't argue the position, since I have no direct knowledge of consciousness and it's various manifestations. My questions are more general and just more of a what if type. It also goes into the idea of what makes a soul....

I know of that which you speak, but consider the following:

One of the draw backs or benefits, for mankind, depending on your view is that when a solid connection is made to the conscious mind then that unconscious communication is lessened or lost but gained, in return, by a much greater connection by choice, by purposed engagement and not necessarily "between" humans. (Some do demonstrate that ability but it's not pervasive.)
But, as I observe and understand it, gaining the conscious mind gives one a unique identity within existence (call it what you wish) and is able to specialize into what interests them...no longer part of anyone's collection.

This collective conscious is not between "All" things but between like species for the most part, Living matter and maybe some plants, but I kind of doubt that.

I am not a fan of "Everything is Conscious"...Really?...look at the structure of a piece of iron ore and a chunk of You or the grass stuck to your...???...very, very, different. One is angular and fits like a puzzle and the other is all squished together with a variety of other parts, electrical connections, nourishment connections, a protective system, etc, etc...go look for all of that in a Rock!

I am also not a fan of being connected to humans with no choice in the matter...had some experiences experimenting with a natural mind food and it was way too noisy, way too reveling, I decided that I just don't want to know. I want to spend time on those things that interest me without all that meaningless distraction.

Now, do we each, if paying attention, willfully, get shared insights in some areas, perhaps just an overall feeling that something is not right or something good is happening, something that might be a result of our mamillian instincts?...yes, you bet...but that shared insight comes from a very different place in a very different way if you have a solid connection to your conscious mind.

He has been chasing it for years, and has some other videos where he had several different doctors who described the issues with head binding, and how it limits specific areas of the brain from developing, causing early death. You can only squish a head so much. There are a lot of groups the DO head binding, he mentioned 98% of the skulls found are the result of it, it is the 2% that show no signs of any binding, plus the missing crack along the back of the skull and the Aztec plates, that he is talking about. I am not saying that I buy his story 100%, but I do think the use of data and specific segregation of subjects is resulting in valid questions. Look at ancient history and you will find a LOT of ancient art showing elongated heads on rulers, so why? Did they just start compressing everyones heads on a whim? Myth and traditions have a basis in fact somewhere along the line.

Well, there is a theory of a collective unconscious, that some have referred to as the "voice of Gaia" I cannot rule out some underlying sea of communication between all things, that we do not understand or can interpret. There is a lot to be said for some of the things that have been "discovered" by natives using some of the organic drugs they have. We probably are too tuned to our own selves to hear it. Or just need to go on a wild trip...

Wow, there is a lot to respond to.
I don't see the "We" in all of this. Those that Are conscious with a healthy and functioning conscience...related to the the subconscious has a clear pathway to his mind. Conscience in so far as Rights and wrongs are, IMO, universal.

Where we get into the weeds is those things that have slipped into the subconscious, (a recording of all events) without a judgement upon them, meaning a determination of value or not by the left side of the brain, (hypnosis or a wearing away of attention-[political speech-propaganda]

But, for those that determine things relatively live only by an ego and a super ego as Freud in his study of the mentally ill. They only have a made up identity and an imitation conscience...that's why it's based on relative measurements that please the temptations of the bicameral brain. (this is a good example of the " Protosubjective conscious that Jaynes talks about).

If one has a true identity, the "I" or a valid "IP" address so to speak have the where with all to over ride the temptations of the brain for the most part...the parts that are difficult are physiological abnormalities like a Hyperactive thyroid or alcoholism and other physical addictions. (in those cases, the subconscious voice of self is relentless), I can attest to that personally as I was very hyperactive up until age 38.

There are certainly individuals that have made the quantum leap into much higher states of awareness of self, others and our place in the world around them as discovered and discussed in Spiral Dynamics. Looking over the 6 ascending stages or memes of awareness, one might come to the conclusion that they didn't produce, (even if the key take a ways were integrated into the next level), a sufficient level of control and perhaps, that is what you are referring to.
Those that have only represent .01% of the population.

If we look back to bicameral times we might see an individual here and there that was ahead of the pack.

The shame of it all, is that 60% of the global population hasn't even started the journey and for all intent and purpose are Bicameral with no cooperation between both sides of the brain. You very well might be correct, "they still hear the voices of the gods".
I also would not rule out individuals that posses Both, the voice of self And the voices of the gods. In Marcel Knutson's recent (book) continuation of the works of Jaynes sights studies that reveal individuals in England that experience this phenomenon and are not considered Schizophrenic.

Oh no, that is not the impression when it happens. Literally a Voice, from over the shoulder, or in my case from out of car radio speaker that had not worked in a year. "THIS IS A SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM GOD FOR YOU, MARK PALMER." My response? "Shut up." For me it was that easy, but I can see how others CAN get enamored of the unusualness of it all and get possessed. In Biblical terms, if I can't silence God how can I ever hope to silence Satan? The deep unconscious is not without hazards.

Experiment in Depth by P.W. Martin
Chapter X: Dangers and Destinations. First three paragraphs.

The experiment in depth concerns everyone, but it is not for everyone to undertake. The way is dangerous. It demands of a man that he obey the injunction 'Become what thou art'; and to this end leads him to his own encounter. What he will find there, no one can know in advance. This much, though, is reasonably certain. Wholeness has to proceed against the heaviest of odds: The values, habit-patterns, attitudes, laid down by earlier conditioning in a society where the creative contact has been to a great extent lost. Individuation does not begin with a tabula rasa, but with a personality more or less malformed.

Beyond lies the deep unconscious. Here, all is at the hazard. As Jung has said, there are those who go digging for an artesian well and come instead upon a volcano. Cumulated upon this uncertainty is the harsh fact that our knowledge of the other side of consciousness is still, for the most part, in the earliest stage of hypothesis. Much of it may be wide of the mark, some completely mistaken. It is not only that the beaten way does not as yet exist. Such track as there is may be deceptive. A man takes it at his peril. In making the experiment in depth there are bound to be casualties, casualties that could not reasonably be forseen. It is well to realize that one's own name may figure among them.

But there is also the positive side. The unconscious is not fundamentally a menace, a source of fear and misgiving. It is the wellspring of life, both for the individual and for the peoples of the world. At present we are cut off from it; and worse than cut off, exposed to the utmost peril. Little as we may like it, we of the present century have no choice but to live dangerously, the threat of mass destruction over all our heads. Those who have the psychological strength and stamina to undertake the withdrawal-and-return--to live dangerously to some purpose--are the fortunate ones. Whether or not a creative minority comes into existence as a result of their efforts, they live.

I think that so called "Voice of God" to be nothing more than insights, perhaps a wave exchange between entangled particles decoded by the brain...although, for most of us, it's just an instant knowing.
If one starts hearing a voice other than the voice of self...they should run for the hills with tin foil on one's head! Reminds me of the phrase: To know one's own voice, comes to mind.

There is one for sure that stands out on FaceBook as a living representative of the Bicameral mind NOT broken down. The effect is that he has given in to the Voice of God, as he calls it, and when pressed he is unable to stop speaking "from" the Voice. He is unable to stop it. He says his ability to channel the Voice has been hindered by 30 years of alcoholism. Go figure.

I thought he addressed the fact it could not have been head binding, because it would kill a child, and the fact they all have the "Aztec ridges" in the back?

    Exactly.
A few yeas ago, I heard a song on the radio that reminded me of "When the voices stopped speaking" as Jaynes suggests; and I imagined bicameral man saying these words, gazing into the heavens and pleading for the voices to: "Say Something" I'm giving up on you. It had a profound effect on me.
I propose in my writing and my first book that the "Bicameral" state of the brain still exists in the delete ruleless class...that's why our rulers are so different than most of us...they have no conscience.

(interesting that around that time our magnetic shields got the strongest they have ever been; 2500/3000 years ago- might be a correlation here)

I might infer wrongly, but my inference of the OP (Original Post) is that the unusual head feature is genetically heritable. I don't buy that yet. I think it's an idea coming from the past and present features attributed to the fantasy of Grey Aliens' features. Fantasy, not backed up by DNA in my, admittedly limited, investigations. The claims made in the OP video do not sway me as I don't yet see evidence that is conclusive to result being claimed, namely that the head phenotypes ARE in fact phenotypes from a genetic source. All indications seen so far, take the probabilities of head binding insult to a child as the most likely cause of the skull features.

I think that is what he was saying in the video, he asked labs and the one in Thunder Bay did not want to know anything about what they tested, just so there were no preconcieved ideas, and the California one did have the information, and the third never responded with results. His point was it was hard to find labs willing to do the testing in the first place because they did not want to get involved in the controversy and BS politics that infect science today. We all know how well Global Warming has been worked out?

See what lab did the DNA testing and all its methodologies. Be suspicious. Science is a Doubt Factory, not a proof factory. Science does NOT prove, it invalidates. Let labs not chosen by the author have a shot at sequencing. Don't be convinced by his talk of cost. Could be such talk is an excuse to go cheap and loose with the testing, eh? https://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Conehea...
