Hong Kong drowning in waste as China rubbish ban takes toll

This would seem to be an example where free enterprise and smarts could make a gain. New technologies are always needed to help reuse material to cut costs for producers, and these guys have been basically exporting their trash to China, and China says "no". So, it would seem a great opportunity to come up with some innovation, especially when you have a tiny chunk of land and nowhere to put the stuff.
