The accuser forced to hug and apologize to her assailant? that is obscene. There must be some evidence that he (the accused) did it, he was arrested for it. That doesn't mean necessarily that he is guilty, but to arrest requires some evidence or probable cause.
The three administrators should be sued for all they are worth or will ever be worth. Not the school system but the responsible individuals. The perp should also be sued in a separate suit.
