"Illegal immigrant who killed Kate Steinle sentenced to time served" reads a Fox News Headline. Given the evidence and facts not allowed into the trial it is not surprising that the verdict was not guilty.
No mention of the fact that he was a illegal was allowed. No mention of the fact that he was , at the time , a six time felon. A lot of facts and evidence was excluced to the detriment of justice.
I'm not saying he is guilty of murder but he was definitely guilty of involuntary manslaughter but yjr exclusions prevented them fro(the jury) from reaching that conclusion.
My sympathy goes to the Strinlefamily and to the next fictim of the individual.
