This one should be all over the headlines in the conservative posts, but oddly enough its getting its play in the mainstream media. The biggest news in the story is that the judge dismissed ALL charges against Cliven Bundy and his sons for the Nevada standoff incident with prejudice due to the egregious behavior of Federal prosecutors trying the case. That means that Bundy et al can not be tried again.

What should also be noted is that neither Ryan nor Ammon Bundy (indicted in the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge) were convicted in that case either.
