And that is why, at least from me, there can no longer be any commentary about how I feel about guns. Unfortunately, because of the industry and position my husband is in, hackers, etc. would LOVE to just make his life hell. The hate emails that get through the filters at his job are enough to make stone break. Ignorance has no tolerance. Soooo, my teeth are gnashing, but my fingers will have to be still. At least where firearms are concerned. It sucks, but Big Brother IS out there.. Pfffft!!!!!!

And while you can edit a comment, anyone who replied to that comment (before you edited it) may never give you points ever again!

Right. While you can delete a post from your own "Submitted" list, once a comment is posted, the originating post can not be removed from the public lists.

I think once there's a comment on a post it's undeletable...and you left the first comment, prior to deletion. At least that has been my experience, but I did end up telling admin to never mind deleting mine too though. Good luck with that :)

Hey, let's give the original post some points! Then kh won't want this post to go away!

She loves points! They're like catnip, or shiny objects, or something...

I trust nothing, where the gov is involved. I'll have to ask our gun guy next time we're there what the rules are etc.

Yep. They've been caught, as far back as the '90's, retaining that info for a lot longer than six months.

And I wasn't talking about Google. The NSA has every email you've ever sent or received, every comment posted on a forum, every phone call you've ever placed or received (not a recording, but details on who called whom and when), and even a great deal of all of the Internet searches you've ever done (and they can quickly get the ones they don't have) -- archived in a giant facility near Salt Lake City.

This has been going on since the Clinton administration.

Do you believe when you buy a gun, it isn't archived... I know here in DE it is only supposed to stay on the books for 6 mo. but found out it is kept eternally... against the law.. So why should we obey any law?? I did hear google is storing info, so yes, everything is out in the open... I will not comply.
