I was thinking exactly the same thing but couldn't think of a way to express it that would not run afoul of the Gulch code of conduct.

Well, technically, the body of treaties between nations would constitute "international law." But there is no "international judicial system" by which it is adjudicated. Thus, it is at best, an honor system.

I usually fill in the blank with something not only anatomically silly-looking, but improbable.
It gives the day a sort of glow.

I fill in that blank a lot...with different things depending on what boneheaded thing they have done and how high it sends my blood pressure.

"“deliberately defying International Law... in a way that may constitute war crimes.”"

    NO SUCH GOD-BLESSED THING!

The idea of "international law" is stupid, foolish, a lie and a fraud upon the mind of men and the most basic rules of logic.

You can't HAVE international law... and have nations. A nation is the supreme social unit, the highest up the ladder. To make a nation subject to a law beyond that of its lawmakers, its government, its rulers, is to make it a subject state... to another nation.

To suggest that Israel is violating international law is to say that Israel is violating the law of the U.N... in other words, it's saying that the U.N. is the lawful government of the world.

    No, nein, non, nyet.

Okay, this is how you can tell that people are not merely on the wrong side, but they are evil.
