I checked her credentials. Her PhD is from a school in Switzerland that even Switzerland does not recognize. Neither does Texas. This is the level of academia at schools now.

I read part of the "essay" said WTF to myself and quit reading.
Agree strongly with TomSwift comment on academic levels of some of our universities and colleges.

I don't know what the hell this gender-fluid (?) waste of cells is talking about. It looks like fabricated value shaming to me but I'm very confused and feel less intelligent having read this clueless polemic! There is a lot of competition out there for "stupidest editorial by a professor ever" but this is a strong contender.
