Microsoft's Bing Search Engine To Use Reddit Users Opinions in addition to mainstream media sources

On Wednesday, Microsoft told a roomful of journalists that, on Bing, “alternative facts” would be considered the equivalent of the Washington Post.

Sure, that’s just my opinion. But that’s also the new approach that Bing’s rolling out over the next week: striking out beyond facts into a brave new world in which opinions matter, too. Eventually, Bing will respond to certain questions with answers that represent both sides of an issue, not just a list of search results. One of those new voices will be Reddit, a popular online community with millions of contributors.

I have no idea what reddit is like nor the people that frequent it. Do you know what it's like there Freedom?

I would prefer not to hear opinions unless they refer to things we have yet to learn or consider...but it should be clearly stated as such.
The opinions of some are more valuable than some peoples facts...but these are rare cases indeed and I seriously doubt that a computer algorithm could tell the difference.

I see the online dichotomy as: The Gulch versus facebook/twitter.

I might add in the Julian Jaynes site, (strictly factual and scientific psychology), I only engage with it when I have relevant insights...
...for those that don't know, Julian Jaynes serves as the back bone of my work on the beginnings of consciousness and my take on mankind's evolution to the present.
