Pocahontas is a racial slur! Pocahontas is a racial slur!
Pocahontas is a racial slur! Pocahontas is a racial slur!
The race card pulling left hopes that if you hear that nonsense enough times, you will begin to believe it.
Remember how the race card was repeatedly pulled during the eight-year regime of socialist Obamanation to make critics shut up and sit down.
So-called journalists hope to make Trump do the same. Fat chance.
Me dino will be away from the PC for a little while.
I'm the wheels for a brother who needs an operation. Bro should be OK.
Oh, look for "Liawantha" about 15 comments down in comments section of the article.
Now me dino has something to add when I write about Pocahontas Liawatha Woo-Woo-Woo-Warren.
Suppose if I put the word "squaw" in front of all that, libs would call that both sexist and racist.
Guess only lib movie stars can say "squaw" in Westerns.

okay, I am assuming you don't cheat on your taxes.
Why not? The punishment exceeds the crime.
The point is that we don't have to JAIL ALL of them.

We PUBLICLY Jail and punish a few... And they will scatter.
Funny, if I ran the show, I would CHARGE Them 2x the cost of deportation.

The problem is the LAWS need to be the final wall. No matter how you end up in Russia without papers.
You are SOL. They can and will lock you away for life. How do you think the illegal immigration problem looks?

And the real number of illegals is like 30M... And Debt (here) vs. Deficit (crossing the border). I dont want illegal immigration lower. I want it as close to non-existent as it can get.

The govt is driven by special interests. And Dems want voters, and Reps want cheaper labor. Illegals drive labor costs down! Oh, and the government wants bodies, because bodies because you will eventually produce tax revenue generators at some level.

Despite like 40% of illegals getting some for of government aid...

I understand that the reference was to "Fauxahontas" rather than Pocahontas; however, I understand that it is supposed to be pronounced
"Folkahontas". However, as I understand it (and I
learned 3 years of French in 2), faux is a French word meaning "false", and is pronounced
"foh"; if it were to be followed by a vowel sound,
the "x" is supposed to be pronounced as
"z"; therefore the invention of that satirical word is not a very good idea in the first place. Besides, Trump went on and pronounced it as
"Pocahontas". It was apparently intended as a
dig at Elizabeth Warren, but it was clumsily done.
Again, Trump was gauche and put his foot in
    his mouth.
Does this make him a racist? No; but I wish
he would learn to think more before he speaks.

"Label your enemy to make them undefendable, accuse your enemy of what you have done, so it weakens their attack to "You too"."
    Yes. Politics is disgusting.

"Try looking up border crossings in a SERIOUS way."
I guess we disagree on the facts. I heard illegal immigration was down and most of it was people overstaying visa. It's probably hard to characterize.

    "You get caught here illegally,"
The whole things seems impractical. We have 15 million people illegally, and we've been just looking the other way. It would be hard to jail every executive who had a consistent stream of undocumented workers on her watch. I wouldn't want to jail all the workers who've been here all these years illegally. There has to be a way to bring them out of the shadows, give them rights to be here, and then somehow (maybe more surveillance, walls, or something) stop it from happening again. I don't see why this should be so hard. We need to be able to trust our president not to intentionally undermine the law. (I think the thing about President Obama is absurd.) This problem should be solvable. But it seems like we don't want to solve it. We (not you and me, but the gov't) want to look the other way.

    "Pocahontas is a racial epithet?"
I have no idea. I find the attention-seeking and nastiness repugnant though. Its just being a jackass, and apparently there are enough nasty people for whom this is their chance to be nasty vicariously. It's disgusting.

" I think more genuinely characterizes him as the consummate businessman"
This is the normal President Trump that doesn't make the headlines. Thanks.

You can tell he gets a little odd when he goes off script, but he clearly doesn't exhibit any bizarre Trump-like confusing rambling or attention seeking. He's just being a normal president and business person.

"Stay with it, CG, and you'll keep picking up more and more. I learn new things in the Gulch all the time. You will, too."
[Sarcasm]The fact that you're defending President Trump shows there's a lot you don't understand, but your not buying everything politicians say shows there is hope for you. If you stick with it and keep reading my posts, you'll learn a little more each time, each time noticing more words and less blah blah blah.. It won't be about hilarious ways to make people look bad. You'll begin to learn behind the games of showing people who's to blame and who deserves credit, there are actually people working and getting stuff done. Stick with it.[/Sarcasm]

Yeah, but Trump has always been a little contraryist, so while it irks me a little that he insults a true American historical figure (Pocahontas), I give him a pass.

It’s unfair to compare Pocahontas with Elizabeth Warren. Warren is a statist power hungry pig, while Pocahontas was an upstanding indian

Yeah, poor Pocahontas never did anything bad me dino can recall.
There's still Liawatha, Fauxahontas and Woo-Woo-Woo-Warren.

Calling Warren, Pocahontas, is not a slur, it's an insult- to Pocahontas.

"These people haven't any dignity left, and don't seem to notice or care"
Of course not...they are not conscious, no conscience, no self introspection...therefore, not human in the sense, maybe, 50% of us are.

Now you know whom the "Great Unwashed" are.

Lighten up, on the alt-left snowflakes.

After all, they ate a LOT of paint chips, when they were kids. You know, brain damage.
