Excuse me, I find that a bit unreasonable. (Not saying that aliens should be allowed to bring their children in that way in the future.)Permalink|

We are not responsible for what they and their parents have done. They have no right to any special privileges just because they got away with it so far, along with the rest of their "chain".Permalink|

While I am not a xenophobe, I don't want to just throw out those who were brought here (albeit illegally) as children, if they have been productive and behaving well. On the other hand, it could be written in fewer words to an audience that accepts rational egoism, which is to say to those who reject altruism.
