Did anyone else see the new comedy TV episode in which the Orville team visits a democratic planet where what’s right and wrong is determined by the vote of the people collectively? Social media accelerates the judgement process. Too many down votes and you get corrected by society. The episode shows what can happen when individual rights are subservient to collective rights and social justice.
