Sounds good, but don't be fooled...if you listen to Maria, they are using loophole and deduction synonymously. The connotionation of loophole, historically, is that a significant, unintended tax-avoidance opportunity exists in the code. A deduction is viewed as a "legitimate" use of the code to reduce tax liability.

As I have stated in other areas, we see again, the two headed monster of our government simply biting at each other, but the goal is the same and frankly this just amounts to entertainment for the indolent, uninformed masses.
