This was wonderful to read. This man knows what value is, and what it takes to earn something, for the right reasons. Impressive. I may have to hire him, as I can do a few if the things on the list, but not all. :-). Now give me a saw, or a paintbrush....

Nice work on the drain! That is a dirty job, but some things like that are satisfying. I thought you were about to say you hired him!

    Let's see:

    Self employed, and self motivated.

Filters out who he wishes worthy to deal with, and doesn't apologize for this.

Promises a fair "value, for value" transaction.

Obviously comfortable with his values, and self, and immune to social prejudices.

    Conservative? Or Objectivist....

    I submit, 'both'!

I don't see anything that would imply he's an Objectivist. Seems to me like he's just a fundamentalist blue collar Conservative.

Is that the Joe the Plumber, that once made a fool of Obama during one of his photo ops?

    That's great!

He got a lot of air time after his tricking Obama into admitting that he was a communist, but fell off of the radar.

Glad to hear that he wasn't 'offed'...!
