I am surprised that USA Today would post this. I wonder how accurate it is?

There's a lot going on here. I checked that list for two guys I know. One was busted in college for gun in car but went on to play for a couple teams in the NFL. Nice kid, actually.

Look, Dobrian's right that roid use is rampant. Still a problem. It certainly can make a jerk a much bigger jerk. All these guys were raised as big stars in small towns, big stars in college programs. As a result they've been coddled all the way up. You'd be amazed at how little a lot of these guys actually attended class in college. Then, they get lots of cash and, combined with their poor development, they find trouble. These guys are paid too much, worshipped way to much by the nacho-eating, Joe-lunchbuckets, and are then expected to be "role models". If the public paid any attention or had any principles guys like this would be tossed right out. Nope...not for thinkers...

That is quite the extensive list. It reaffirms to me my decision 25 years ago to not support a large number of thugs. At the time steroid use was rampant and it seemed to result in the loss of self control and acting out in a violent fashion.
Roid rage can be defined as a condition in which people tend to act aggressively after taking unusual doses of anabolic steroids regularly. In recent years, several high profile murders and attacks have been attributed to roid rage.
