This is actually one of the best videos using facts and data to make a good case for the fact that it is hard to dismiss them. Also had some new stuff, where they actually filmed a UFO intercepting a simulated warhead in space and take it down with a beam weapon. That was repeated later and well documented, which was pretty amazing that that was released even through FOIA.

Area51, supposedly now disused, still has "Deadly Force Autorized" and they have extended their area to include the mountain that used to be the favorite spotter sight so now the nearest mountain is 15 miles away. They do push the security thing out there...wonder what they are protecting and it is not the U2 or B2...

Yes, the military has a way of being intimidating. We once went in the back side of White Sands, public access paved road to Trinity Site, but they don't want you there. They actually sent out a B24, with the glass cockpit so easy to see in. They flew down the road toward us at pretty low altitude, low enough to see the license plate. We went on for a while, but but saw the guard shack coming up and decided to retreat while we were still free. They had sent their message, no more photos and stop while you can.

Yes, it is a well know change in policy that the UFO community know about. Project Blue Book was the offical attempt to tell lies to cover up sightings, and they did such a poor job, they closed it, and moved it all underground. The "Men in Black" are part of that, and there is some dispute as to whether they are military, civilian, or alien, because of the variations in what has been reported in dealing with them. The rash of nuclear weapons sightings and failures of systems kinda exposed the whole thing, as they were all over the various facilities, and made so many people sign Non Disclosure Agreements, that it became common knowledge that that is what they do, besides be very rude and threatening.

Remember when the government announced they no longer checked out UFO reports, and had no one employeed in that capacity anymore? My parents lived next to one of those chasers, and he was definitely being sent to check things out, two years later. Then my parents relocated. That was in the 70s I think, and even then government just could not tell the truth.

My father was in Alaska in the 50's as a radar tech on the DEW line. They had a report from the guard shack of an object hovering overhead, and then it zipped over a ridge. He went over there with another guy in a jeep, and the saw a small ship about 20 feet across, landed on the ground. They drove down to it, and as they came upon t, it shot up and zoomed away at incredible speed. He waited until he was 72 to tell me, because they had 2 guys come up from some Air Force department that interviewed them for several hours, then made them sign non disclosure agreements with really bad threats in it about jail and prison. There have been hundreds of people who, in their very old age, said the hell with it, and told their stories. You have to admit, they have nothing to lose, and also why would they make up stuff in their 70's and 80's.?

How could it be secret - well, most of the public still does not even know the truth about Obama;'s past.Secrets are not always easy to uncover. I saw a strange object in the early 50s in N.M. between Roswell and Gallop, back road. Lighted triagular hovering, no noise, then quickly darting away over the desert. My step brother was leaving the power plant where he worked late night in Ohio in the 70s, when a round one appeared to his right, hovered, then flew off. His truck worked and he came home. He asked our brother who was career USAF if he should report it and was told sternly to never mention it. I was curious why he never would speak of UFOS. I tracked the bases all over the world where he was stationed, and found each to have a history of high UFO sightings, never connecting that he was nuclear trained and that there could be a connection. To this day, he will not speak of it.

"You can either take it as true or believe it is faked,"
I agree with the tautology that they're faked or not faked. If they're not faked, though, it does not mean they're space aliens.

He exhibited an alien or a UFO? I'd think that might have made the front page of ay least the Birmingham Weekly.

If anyone was an alien, it would be Tesla.
Mike, I could answer all your questions, but the answers would be as speculative as your questions.

The former defense minister of Canada did indeed do just that, and no one seemed to care. I can post a link if you want to see it.

Maybe, but there was actually several cases down there, one specifically on an Argosy aircraft that flew a specific schedule that reported lights, and they took a TV crew with them, who recorded them. You can either take it as true or believe it is faked, because anything can be faked.

Could also be the New World Order cabal setting us up for a false disclosure in order to take over all governments...this recurring theme just keeps popping up.

There ARE groups that think this way, question is: are they Really in positions powerful enough to carry out their wishes?-or-will they fail epicly or will it backfire just because they are incredibly stupid?

We have learned so much about the universe in the last 50 years or so, that I'm willing to put aside skepticism. If only two questions would be answered. Why the secrecy? This isn't 1939 and I doubt that the majority of the populace would run screaming into the streets. Why not make it real by introducing the little green men or one of their vessels to the public? Until then, everything can be faked. We have a number of ex presidents who should be able to reveal the truth. However, I have a hard time picturing Obama keeping this a secret.

Speaking of woo-woo UFO stories, do you know the disappearance of Frederick Valentich? In the radio transcripts he reports UFOs circling him for several minutes.
"Ah, Melbourne, that strange aircraft is hovering on top of me again. [Silence for 2 seconds.] It is hovering, and it’s not an aircraft. [17 seconds, open microphone, with audible, unidentified staccato noise.] "
He was never heard from again.

It's actually a true story. He probably got distracted by seeing his own lights reflected in the water and crashed into the ocean.

The conspiracy theory requires the aliens to intercede in ways that enough people witness to justify a coverup to keep it a secret but not so many people that a coverup becomes in possible. Depending on who is in charge at the time, I would expect the gov't to use the evidence to call for more funding, preparedness, etc, not a coverup.

You also have a good point that the aliens could have interceded when humans and human-like creatures appeared and started the current mass extinction event or when humans developed agriculture.

This is basic anomaly hunting. Rather than starting with a hypothesis, you just search for anything anomalous and work it into the broad claim you want to be true. You can take a frequency counter (a device that measures the frequency where the power spectral density of background noise is highest) into the Bermuda Triangle or a purported haunted house and see some weird anomalies where the peak is higher than usual, lower than usual, jumps around more than usual , stays steady more than usual, or anything else. You can find something anomalous. It's more fun in an old house at night or flying through the Bermuda Triangle on a day with odd lenticular clouds.

I truly think woo is fun. I love these videos like Taco Bell.

I try NOT to here, because most people get irate at unsupported, unprovable tripe, and 95% of this stuff is tripe. If you want to laugh go look at some of the "Giant UFO attacks" videos on You Tube, very poor photoshop, and also so badly done, looks like a 50's movie, but there are still people saying "why isn't this in the news?" I put this in the 5% of serious attempts to report on. I thought they did a good job of backing up each story. It just depends on if you can believe the documentation, which looked authentic to me.

"honesty is NOT a government character trait."
[joking about the strawman]Well, I actually take the gov't at its word.[/joking]

I truly enjoyed the video as I enjoy Bermuda Triangle documentaries. I don't know why I like this crap. It's pure crap, but if you link to another video like it I'll listen to it and enjoy it.

Well, for accuracy, no one mentions the alens, other than what may be piloting (if they even needed pilots), the UFO's. My point in all of this was just to offer it up as something that goes beyond just eyewitness accounts, and has factual reports. Why would anyone want to fabricate the whole pile of paper, as it is easy to verify the FOIA request? In addition, we then condemn the 20 or so witnesses to being liars. I am not sure I would want to tell 20 veterans "you're a liar because I don't believe in UFOs", only a liberal thinks that way...

Indeed, it was hokey, and the point is valid, the music definitely was intended to lend air air of serious business....

Obergs debunking is on NASA space flights. He has been paid by NASA to debunk other claims in the past. Does he have a conflict of interest?
None of the witnesses were in space, how is his conclusions proof that these highly credible multiple witnesses often with radar collaborating their sightings is false. The head of project blue book the The FAA district director the seem pretty credible to me.. Why they were spotted around nuke facilities is speculation.
That people saw anomalies and that at the same time malfunctions occured is a matter of public record thanks to the FOIA.

That's true, but it becomes much more difficult to keep a secret the more people know about it, and this would require an awful lot of people to be aware.

And that's only one of the things that makes no sense about the idea that secret aliens are among us.

In 72' I was assigned to a unit inside Cheyenne Mountain, Co.. Had many alerts, some of which seemed real. But we often had test alerts.
