FEE online, Reason, Silk Road, & The State.
This morning FEE Online posted a column listing reasons why innovation is slowly trumping the coercive state.
#8 was the anonymous black market site Silk Road.

This afternoon, Reason posted an article that the Feds had, in fact, just seized and shut down Silk Road.

I am not defending either Silk Road or the Feds in this.
I just think that it is an interesting juxtaposition of articles.
One which, I think, gives credence to the comments I left on the FEE online site, that their column is probably a little too optimistic.
