Yeah the light is a thing.
Had it here again with the 'Kaikoura' earthquake november14 last year, including in very remote areas up the coast.

Two days before the quake, we got the thud and slight shake at our house in Ohio. This has happened prior to several earthquakes in Mexico and Central America over the years. Our county is on a fault, but it is so consistent, that the thud is followed within a couple days of an earthquake outside the US. I told my husband someone was going to have a quake that week, after the usual thud.

Other than the actual tearing and ripping of the earth might be quite a distance from where you are - or even under the ocean, etc.

They discussed the solar radiation effect on causing such storms. My point is: Until someone PROVES with hard data and observation, backed by experimentation, that it is not true, it is on the table, along with all the other theories, like the CO2 story. That is why I get so pissed at the idea of someone stating "This is caused by global warming which we all know is caused by man". BS. I have yet to see someone show concrete proof of either, just chains of coincidence that has been accepted as fact.

Electrical polarity (positive and negative) is the direction of current flow in an electrical circuit. Current flows from the positive pole (terminal) to the negative pole.
ELECTRONS flow from negative to positive.

I always figured it was like crushing a giant wintergreen mint or lifesaver as the strata grinds itself together and shatters.

OK, go buy a pack of wintergreen mints, stand in front of a mirror in a dark room, pop one in your mouth and bite down to observe the spark. If you don't like wintergreen, in the dark, just hold it in a set of needle nose pliers and crush it.

There Is a strong electrical interaction with the sun and Earth as The universe is electric.

During the 1994 Northridge Ca earthquake we saw bluish lights flashing through the windows of our house. All our transformers are underground.

There was also a news helicopter airborne at the time which recorded lights rippling along all the hills.

I had thought people had come to terms with this being an established phenomena -- but apparently there are still questions.

I'm impressed. This data won't work for bird-brained global warming parrots, though. I noticed some twits are even blaming Trump in news I read yesterday.
As for the lights, I've heard transformers blow before~and sounding just like the reports heard in the video. Me dino can't explain the pretty colors.
