For your information: Eating to Starve Cancer:

Most of us probable already eat some of these foods on a regular basis...I would couple this with abstaining from process foods and sugar.

Not discussed and maybe it's just simple but what about avoiding food that 'Promote" blood vessel growth also...as a anti cancer diet...seems to me that would be appropriate so long as one is not nursing an injury.

excellent posting...sorry to be so late responding...I was in Yellowstone for the last 6 months with no cell and no internet...

my girlfriend came to me 6 years ago with breast cancer...we shrunk the tumor in 1/2 in 3 weeks with wheatgrass pultices...she then had the rest of the tumor removed surgically and has been cancer free ever since by drinking 2 ozs of fresh juiced wheatgrass every morning...thank you

Ohhhh,...lamestream medicine, lamestream biologist, the creeps at google and the left!

Many out there are just infantile or misguided just like many in the past that were searching for the "fountain of youth"

I see from some, some really honest work...will their work, work?...only time will tell but I feel we are close to some reasonable, noninvasive steps toward the goal.

All those foods are antioxidant laden and great to eat. The point being, you need antioxidants to counter free radicals. Free radicals are an uncharged molecule (typically highly reactive and short-lived) having an unpaired valence electron. Free radicals bind with anything they can get; antioxidants scavenge free radicals. Just the first 5 minutes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GpptU...

Using MIO for flavor, I mix up a drink with water with about 6-8 GRAMS of Vit C per day. The RMD is 60 milligrams, I take 6000 mg. One pound of ascorbic acid powder is $10 on Amazon

Sorry to burst a bubble here but childhood cancer has been on the rise for about two decades. Their bodies are so compromised from bad nutritional advice from the government for four generations, they are breaking down in their teens. I don't know a single millennial who doesn't have gut problems...and I know a boatload.

I predicted in my first book that the young and younger would die before their time...sadly I was right and I am seeing this now.

Only the OLD die old, live longer,... most likely due to a short period of better nutrition, (home and local grown food). little exposure to modern day dangers and limited allopathic intrusions upon their bodies during their formative years; never mind: microwaves, wifi and electromagnetic intrusions.
Only those with top notch immune systems and strong connections to their minds might survive for a decent period of time...maybe even long enough to experience a scientific and biological revolution that favors the body instead of working for or against it.

One other thing I added to that was keeping my body in an alkaline balance. I had a stubborn squamous cell carcinoma that was not responding to treatments. I started taking a teaspoon of baking soda in water every night and within 10 weeks the cancer went away. I think this might work as long as the cancer has not migrated to other organs nor become stage four which might be too aggressive. It seemed to help my body fight the cancer.

Oh well, at my age my formula when I get overly fat is to cut out a meal. That way I eat less, but I eat what I like rather than eat more of what I don't particularly like. Hedonistic? I suppose. But who wants to live forever?

if you die young you avoid cancer.
I do believe the youth of America is not going to live as long as my generation, therefore they can eat what they want because they will die before the cancer kills them. the production of processed foods is not going to go away so they are putting chemicals into their bodies daily now. another factor which I have written quite abit about on my web site commentary section deals with all of the pesticides that are put into clothing by the sellers of the clothing believing it will rid the body odor. so the pesticides leach into the body. there is no end to what companies ARE doing versus will do to convince people they have the answer to what ever. it is best to buy the freshest foods you can find and cook it your self.

Power went out at 7:30 PM and just returned at 12:20 PM. The frozen stuff stayed frozen except for the ice cream, which was consumed. Thanks, Edweaver, for the well wishes.

Poor trailer parks...they always get picked on by the weather. Are they anchored down in Florida?

So, being that your wife is locked in, your in it sink or swim, (not wishing either on you). Wishing you good luck and laughter.

    East or West Coast. J?

Indeed, low stress and lots of laughter are a good idea ... now that I just got soaked lowering the water level in my pool and three neighbors' pools here in east central Florida. I don't mind being the butt of a little laughter because my house is boarded up with Styrofoam instead of plywood or metal. The Styrofoam withstood two hurricanes in 2004 with a few little dents from where small objects hit it. Using the Styrofoam makes hurricane protection a one-person job.

The winds are just starting to get interesting. One of the tornado warnings was right next to the hospital my wife is locked in as a nurse at, but the only tornado touchdown in my county so far appears to have been in ... a trailer park.
