is a tax on substantial dividend/interest income, to be
totally transparent);;; we have decent people and a
respect for the constitution, some good schools and
an occasional decent politician ... and we have some
nice parks like the smokies! we share fort campbell
with ky; we build cars and refrigerators and tanker trucks
and weekends (john daniels -- remember "scent
of a woman"?)! we have lakes and cheap power
and lots of right-to-work jobs.

Why not- put the politicos in one big room together, maybe they could get something done!. Nothing like sleeping with the enemy...
However the State business climate has turned colder as the Democrats have overspent revenues since 2008. Much like Washington in that respect, although on a couple of orders of magnitude smaller scale.
I hope they stick around, but if the business climate keeps going this way long enough, they will leave too.
As an aside, one of my firearms is a Baretta 32 cal. semi-auto. A sweet little gun for pocket or purse.
However, their competition has a more appropriate name - Wackenhut. Providing Housing for Whack Jobs since 1980.
With the current "state" of affairs, you can have a state like California that drags down the rest of us. :(
