Ok, I'll stop. But I will give you the decoding of the military radio-speak. ULF was probably a mistake and instead meant VLF= Very Low Freq. There's also ELF = Extremely Low Freq or as we would say in the USAF Embarrassingly Low Freq. :) If it's Low Frequency, usually it's the Navy that uses those. That's why I asked Navy Comm's.

TACAMO is an acronym which means Take Charge And Move Out = a Navy bird with all kinds of comm gear on it.
