Poll the Gulch – Who is more detrimental to our republic, the KKK or Antifa?

Curious of what everyone thinks on this? Personally, I think the KKK and Antifa are two sides of the same coin of division. The KKK is ridiculous and only services to recruit the naive and dumb into its membership. They will never amount to a true threat, no one cares about their cause because it’s a moronic ideology to judge a whole based on skin color.

The Antifa which is short for Anti-fascist (I’m guessing here) which is anything but anti-fascist. Something about this has not made any sense to me, why here and why now? The KKK has existed for a long time and we just ignore them but now it’s a moral imperative that we fight? Are the ranks of the KKK growing at rates that I should take notice? Are they planning something else that has made this a necessity?

The Left is desperate for division so it can label people as it sees fit and to peg these idiots as “Far-Right” is idiotic. The KKK is closer to the far Left but they have been successful in labeling this group as far Right.

As for my poll question, its these Antifa because they want to oppress free-speech and change history, they seek to divide and not heal, they endeavor to sow the seeds of civil disobedience among the youth that has been brainwash in our public schools, they are the anti-capitalist and I just witnessed for the first time the thought police at Google (1984).

The Antifa is fascism…

How some reason you and me never see eye to eye. No one at this “rally” wanted to leave you alone, both sides wanted something from you.

Not kids itching for a fight… Quite possibly well-funded demonstrators promoting civil disobedience, i.e. useful idiots.

The disobedience needs to follow wisdom and none of the people are wise. CG, do you have children in the California school system? It’s filled with liberal, hateful teachers… They teach a revisionist history.

How can you say that they don’t want to rewrite history, they destroyed a monument to General Lee?

This conflict was intentional and not for the surface reasons…

If they're two sides of the same coin, one is no more dangerous than the other. I think they're very similar, maybe even better modeled as the same side of a coin of which one side intervening in others' lives and other side is leaving people alone.

I hope that these are all just kids itching for a fight. Historically, there are always kids fighting, and they either die or get married and then stop the fighting. But I am not sure of that hope. Maybe we should be concerned.

I think sowing the seeds of civil disobedience among the youth is a good thing, but I don't think either of them are doing that. I also don't think people are brainwashed at the schools, although I think the quality of public schools is hit and miss, par for the course or better as gov't-run services go. I don't think Antifa have any interest/plans/ability to revise history. To associate these things with KKK or Antifa is to aggrandize them.

Despite my hope that it's just kids fighting, I could see it being the first signs of real trouble. They could realize they're for the same things and do real harm.
