Just an update on the ongoing lack luster half ass investigations of the Great Unwashed.

The leftest parasitical humanoid wonders never cease!
You or I would never get this break. These creatures have absolutely no value to society nor existence itself.
Like I have said often: Do not pass Go...go straight to Gitmo!
In fact, they should be roomies...we need the room for many others...

Within the beltway, there is a fantasy existence. The "nobility" in that delusional empire of the Deep State sincerely believe that imprisoning a "national icon" such as one of the Clintons would be a national disaster that could bring about a collapse of the government. Given the perceived impossibility of permitting such a tragedy, any excuse to ignore their crimes is acceptable.

The absolute hypocrisy of not charging obvious criminals never crosses their minds. This is an example of "Animal Farm" thought process: All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others. Tragically, Orwell was truly prophetic with that novel and with "1984."

So she is still getting an easy out. No time in jail, we won't ask any more questions about what you may have done if you will just admit to something so we can all go home. Seems the pigs win again George.

Thanks, my view of the political machinations of this country are steadily going downhill and you just gave me a shove :0. Like I said before I wouldn't dare be employed by these people for any kind of job. I might accidentally overhear something and get on the list of mysterious demises.

I've got mixed feelings about this.

On the one hand, I want to see the DOJ pursue this balls to the wall, and drag her ass through the public mud as much as possible. It would make me real happy to watch her squirm when someone asks her about it, trying to justify and explain away what she did.

On the other hand, just to get her to admit on the recored that she broke the law--even if she doesn't face any jail time--would also be worth it. That admission that she broke the law would stick with her for the rest of her life.

On the other hand (wait, what?), if Hillary refuses yet again to admit she did anything wrong, and the DOJ can't make the case, then once again she would have skirted responsibility for her actions.

Of course, if she refuses and I'm on the DOJ team trying to nail her, I'm damn sure going to hire some extra security guards. I won't want to end up like Vince Foster and all of the other victims of the Clintons.

I'm fairly in the same camp as you, I'm imagining how the DNC would play this out against Trump creating a banana republic by jailing his dissenters, etc. They started that narrative already that he was some kind of a dictator-in-training, it would play out accordingly in the MSM.

Even over the weekend, we had to put up with the Charlottesville "lack of comment" nonsense while Trump was successfully staring down Kim Jong Un with a credible threat of force and China warning they will 'stay out of it' if NOKO fires first. The first time any president has done so - and the fat little kid is going to blink.

If she admits her guilt, it does solve the problem of never having to put up with crap again, and it "should" shut up her supporters once and for all. My only dissent on this idea is that she should also have to admit to "pay to play" and corruption charges, not just the emails.

Here's the problem with doing an in-depth dive... when did she leave office? It was during O's first term, I would imagine the statute of limitations is 7 years... they don't have a lot of time to bring a case. It took the State Department 3 or 4 years to finally admit now that they searched everyone's "private" email servers and accounts, but not their own email system for the subpoena'd records..

It smells, and that's the problem for the left, they know it smells. Getting a conviction out of the Deep State though, with something like a 90.9% turn-out for Hillary in DC to Trump 4.1% (where the grand and jury trials would be empaneled) would seem to be a zero-chance speaking practically. Northern Virginia suburbs are considerably more conservative (I spend a lot of time in Northern VA), but not in DC, I would think a conviction that embarrassed the DNC would be impossible to obtain. I would happily trade her jail time (which makes no difference in my life) for her admission of guilt on national security and corruption charges. Otherwise, you know we're going to put up with another 2 years of a cackling hag on the campaign trail and probably Chelsea sooner or later. They need some influence to peddle before the money runs out. Will go fast if she has to pay for her own private jet trips.

If this is true, why would they offer such a "bargain" to a prosecutable criminal and getting nothing for it? They are supposed to be enforcing the law, not extracting an embarrassment from a politician.

Yeah, I'm going to trust a "news" page filled with ads for Viagra right in the middle of the article. Then again, as Trump said, it's only fake news if it is against me. The delusions of so many Americans would be comical if it had not led to the disaster they elected.
