- 1Posted by khalling 13 years, 7 months agoThe Supreme Court had sent this case back to the Federal Circuit and they upheld their earlier decision. Today, Myriad's stock dropped almost 4% anticipating that the Supreme Court will not uphold property rights. See post:http://hallingblog.com/patenting-life/| Permalink
