An FB friend of mine asked what I thought Obamugabe would do regarding his ridiculous budget and the so called "Fiscal Cliff".
Here's my response:

Honestly, I don't know and don't care.
The election was a sham.
Obama is a dictator.
The Republicans have zero nutsack.
Obama will do whatever he wants, get away with it, and blame the disaster on the Republicans/Tea Party.
Jon Stewart will joke about it on T.V.
And the Low Information Obamabots will eat that shit up with a spoon.
It's all Kabuki Theatre.
So, knowing that, why should I give a shit?
I have to look out for me and my family.

What is truly sad is that all systems eventually fail.
    (1) They rot from the inside (Politicians) and it eventually filters out to the lowest man on the totem pole.
(2)The real suckers are the ones in the middle who try to retain their principals and beliefs while both sides close in and rot the entire system.
(3)The "suckers" are blamed for the failure by both sides. When they finally wise up and drop out the Politicians and the moochers have no where to turn so the system finally fails.
(*) note - We in Galts Gultch have to prepare ourselves for self reliance then shut down everything and let the outside "rotters" learn their lessons the hard way. The longer and the harder their lives become, the more effective the message is remembered as something they will NEVER want to live through such times again.

Next time they will be more conscious that freedom means everyone and responsibly ALSO means everyone.

This has become some political game of central planners using brute force control in people's very lives to move their sacrificial playing pieces. The House should just do its job and put together a bill for raising revenue and reducing debt as they are constitutionally empowered to do. The senate can then suggest amendments and Obama can always veto the whole thing later if he chooses and blame someone else that there is still is no budget.

    "All bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives;
but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills."

I could be wrong, but I believe that SCOTUS has already ruled that it is not unconstitutional if bills which are Constitutionally supposed to start in The House instead start in The Senate and vice-versa.

I believe that their opinion is that separation of powers prevents them from dictating to Congress the mechanisms it uses to pass its laws.

There is a new paradigm in place, so we need to stop thinking in the old paradigm.
The Constitution means exactly *dick*, so we need to stop expecting it to save us.
It is all rule by fiat now, and whoever can be the biggest demagogue will win.

And that is how a “living document” is invented, to mean whatever a group wants people to think it means, by evading the effort required to actually change it.

Even if the supreme court decreed a dog's tail is a leg, a dog still would not have five legs.

That's what I think as well. But I must say, I don't think Obama and Harry Reed know, or care, that all revenue bills are supposed to originate in the House.
