Shrug Cards

I have had great success with my Shrug business cards so far. I talked to a friend the other day who is an Atlas Shrugged fan. Gave him a card. A sales rep told me he had the book but had not had the time to read it. Loaned him my DVD of part 1 and gave him a card. Both said they would check out the Gulch I stopped to have a beer after a meeting last night and heard some guys dissing Obamacare. Went into stealth mode so as not to interupt and slipped a card on the bar beside them. This was a great idea Shrug!

    Let me tell you this story about an energetic lady named 'LetsShrug'. She came up with an idea for us to put out John Galt interest cards. We cussed and discussed it for about four days and three threads before she said, "Okay, I'm going to do it." And she did. Now a lot of us have these business cards as advertising for the new movie. If you ask, she will be glad to let you have some.

    She is flying into Corpus on a business deal and I offered to meet her at the airport as I only live about 30 miles away

    UPDATE: The combination of the Atlas shirts and Shrug cards is really working. Gave one card to a friend who saw my shirt. Two other customers saw the shirt and went on and on about how they loved the book. Plenty of time for me to pull out a Shrug card for both of them.

    It's killing me that I can't SEE these things as they happen...but thank you for telling us. And thank you for giving out the cards! If I were a jealous type of person...I'd be really jealous right now.

    I have in fact... went to put one on the grocery store bulletin board a few days ago... bulletin board is no longer there.. musta saw me coming. (I put one on the deli counter and another in a cart... show them!) We don't eat out much but I most definitely will leave them when I do.

    Umm, well, the wizard and I don't speed much these last few days. We got rear-ended [in the truck, not the car, not the...don't go there!] and we're kind of a mess [nothing really serious] but a manual transmission is beyond either of us right now. When we can, though.....
