Interesting that this guy has spen millions of his own money on UFO research, but that he is so confident as to tell anyone who wants to call him names to basically "take a hike". At least he is honest in his beliefs.

I admire and celebrate him for stating his beliefs. I share his beliefs, although I don't have first-hand evidence, I've also done enough research to be convinced that there are some objectively verified cases that have no other explanation.

Well, if we look at the Old Testament and the Books of Enoch, we see that alien beings can have advanced knowledge and still be stupid, (my reference to the fallen idiots).
Still say the major division is society is Conscience/consciousness...those that have and are, versus those that have not and never will be.

We also have the effects of electromagnetism, (weakened magnetic shields and the onset of the Grand solar minimum), upon the unaware, the weak and retarded...funny, they all seem to be in college and in governments...Hmmm!

Coast to Coast has always been somewhat shaky, especially with the guy who started it and ran it for years (I can't remember his name), but they did tap into a lot of obscure material....

And their are a lot of those, as well as in the crop circle arena. My point to the crop circles is if they can do some of the beautiful details you see in some, why not do it as art and make money?

All true, I have not found a source that is his information or data. But he has spent a huge amount of his own money doing research, and he is connected to a lot of space and space related things.

There are a lot of weird questions regarding todays society and how some people are acting and (not) thinking.

That is true, and there are a lot of facts, and data, that can be construed to support it. I like the way Graham Hancock presents his data, and he does not subscribe to the alien theory, he posits that there was an ancient, advanced civilization before the Younger Dryas that helped man recover post Ice Age. There is a lot of people I have heard and read from who do not strike me as poor reports, such as several astronauts, shuttle crews, many, many pilots. One case was a pilot flying to Jersey off England, who saw a very large (many kilometers) ship not far away from his Trislander aircraft. His story is very compelling, and the passengers all vouched for it. Data points like that are hard to argue against, unless one assumes an irrational position that all people making such reports are loons.

I thought it was a very good attempt at a logical, persuasive view of the possibility. Even then, the government had to try to screw everything up with pompous officials dictating everything.

A lot of that is the material "Ancient Aliens" likes to use. I cannot say that I believe that 1400-1800 painters were trying to make demons, but there is some material that is questioning as they do appear in what were, and are, considered to be archeological "treasures". Von Daniken called out a lot of it in the 60's and 70's, and I do not think he is not lucid, he is a very passionate and persuasive guy. I read "Chariots of the Gods" in the 60's as a kid, and latched onto the sense he made with his argument.

That is certainly most true, although I do admire someone willing to think their facts are sufficient to make a causality statement.

Well, Mr. Jacobs thesis is that they have been making "Hubrids" for years now and integrating into society. Just from the way people act today, I am not so sure he is wrong. Although they can control people through telepathy, maybe that could explain how people just latch on to things like "the Russians did it" with no facts..or maybe people are just not caring for little things like "facts".

Damn! I sure hope they are not the Alien aliens. Those things are scary. But to get serious for a bit, perhaps he is impressed with how peoples who lived thousands of years ago managed to move hunks of rocks weighing hundreds of tons from one location to another and fashioned them, in some cases, with unimaginable precision. It's a mystery that alien visitation neatly solves. But that theory raises as many quesyions as it answers.

Maybe he's right...just look at the alien beings in government! They just can't be human...maybe they are from the planet, " your anus".

    Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof.
    It's as simple as that.

Almost anything is possible and a great many things sound perfectly logical.
But that doesn't mean they're true.

The history of science is littered with great ideas - that made perfect sense - but just weren't true.

When I saw this post, I immediately thought of the email that goes around occasionally on all the Democrats that were born nine months after the Roswell UFO incident. It's good for a laugh, but then maybe this guy in onto something. It sure would explain a lot of the way out of this world Liberal thinking.

I have not thought about this link to lunacy for a very long time but you have reminded me dino of it.
I first saw this parody when I had HBO during the 80s which I ditched for renting at Blockbuster which went away right about when Netflix came along.
I'll apologize to all who may watch it. That way, me dino will not have to be asked to apologize afterwards. Here we pie = Pi is pie go~

I too am in my first seventies, and briefly remember the movie, "Close encounters of the third? kind. where the aliens were finally discovered to be real when they returned healthy and safe vets from WW II alive and well with their planes. One of the science observers said, "Einstein was right." His companion replied, "Einstein was one of them." food for thought, or at least memories.

I'm convinced, he's absolutely right. The reason you may not believe him is that today they are called Democrats to disguise their true existence.

I have to come to his claims the same way I approach any claim. While I cannot discount that aliens walk among us, I need better evidence than 'it is likely' to believe it myself. Carl Sagan popularly quoted "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence" and Christopher Hutchins said "A claim offered with no evidence can be dismissed with no evidence". So unless Mr. Bigelow can provide some incontrovertible evidence of their existence here in Earth, I have to decline to believe his assertion has any merit.
