Trump could appoint Shumer himself to be the new FBI director and they would still be acting like female dogs.
The democrats have proven beyond any reasonable doubt they are a bunch of cry baby lunatics.

Anything Trump does the Jackass Party is dead set on raising hell about.
And that obstructionist bunch used to call the GOP with all its RINO wimps The Party Of No.

Just hope and pray for Trey Gowdy to get the nod, he will go digging like an old retriever looking for duck.... Comey fired himself when he rendered a legal decision he could not render, and claimed it was because Loretta was "compromised" which should have been the red flag that he was in deep doo trying to do the administrations bidding without any rational justification. Even Trey said that he made several "opinions" (plural" and several of them ended up with legal violations that should have been prosecuted. But it is not the FBI's job to prosecute, so they should have just reported the facts and then let the chips fall where they may. The liberal world still thinks they can spin Trump into a quick impeachment, when it is their own history that will bite their a@@es.

I love Trey Gowdy and great conservatives like him.
There's just not enough of those for all the GOP professional politicians who mutated into sick twisted little RINOs. Why we will never have term limits.
The Evil Hag belongs in jail. Trump said as much during his campaign. But when he wins he turns into a softie and says the bribe gorging Clinton Cartel ringleader has suffered enough. What for? To make liberals like him? Well, hey Bad Hair Day, they hate your guts all the more for winning. I'm sure you've kinda noticed.
As for Comey, he is a coward who tried to have his cake and eat it too as far as keeping his job.
"Here's the facts, ma'am," is what he should have laid out. If Obama fired him, Trump may have hired him back as a hero, but look at Clowney now.
If I were Trump, dumping Comey would have been one of the first things I would have done in office. I could not understand why he hung on to that showboat clown for so long.
Look at Toots the Trumpet now.

I caution against getting caught up in Washington politics. President Trump was never a "libertarian" and was seldom even a Republican until recently. By no standard is he even remotely an advocate of reality and reason, i.e., an objectivist (even with a small o).

The fact remains that the common perception is that President Trump fired FBI Director James Comey in order to block the investigation into the President's ties to Russia.

Yes, it is hypocritical of the Democrats to complain now, even though they were calling for James Comey's resignation or dismissal back when he was accusing or excusing Hillary Clinton. Note, however, that President Obama did not dismiss James Comey.

Moreover, it is traditional for all political appointees to tender resignations when the administration changes. (Indeed, the Cabinet resigns even with the President is re-elected.) So, President Trump had months in which to change FBI directors. He only did it now.

And, more to the point, he had no replacement in mind. Two days ago, four names were in the news; today, Reuters cites eleven. Consequently, the move to dismiss James Comey looks reflexive, reactive, not considered or calculated.

Myself, I put these headlines into the 1880s and imagine that it is President Cleveland or President Hayes. I have suggested that we view this in the context of the XYZ Affair or the Jay Treaty, both which were about foreign meddling in American politics.

Wrote this more than one time before and I'm writing it again~I knew Trump was a flawed bull in a china shop when I voted for him.
He was the only hope for beating the corrupt Evil Hag, who IMO would have likely succeeded with an Obamanation's hope and change dream of destroying our constitutional republic.
Libs have been in a hysterical tizzy ever since they failed to crown their supposedly entitled queen.
Give the aggrieved libs the slightest hint of blood in the water and here they will come to chew on Trump every time.
Gets kinda tiresome. Hence the repeated Comeys in the title.

Trump is dangerous in that he thinks he is so smart he can play everyone, and out tweet reality. He has failed to rein in the Republicans, and has made noises of selling out whoever he needs to to try to get his way, and then settles for the Republican status quo and then claim victory. Their health plan is no better than Obama Care that I can see, but I still have not found any good assessment of just what all is in it. Best would have been to dump the whole mess and just offer help in some fashion to those that would have been left out in the cold. Instead they now have a whole mess of crap stories and accusations that is going to lose them the house in 2018. Not a good job at all...

The thing is, Comey looks like what the head of the FBI should look like. He's a moderately handsome, tall, square-shouldered guy, whose very appearance says "You can trust me".That may well be the reason he didn't get the axe sooner. If Trump chooses someone short and wimpy, it will give the Dems something irrellavent to bitch about. However, It does remind me of an old saying "Never frighten a little man, he'll kill you."

        J. Edgar? You may be right to look for that type. J.Edgar, Hitler, Hirohito, Attila, Tamerlane, Napoleon, Mao, Pol Pot, were all little guys.I think they should get Bill O'Reilly. He's 6'4" you gotta trust a guy that big.

I like Bill O'Reilly and don't care what some say about him.
He lacks law enforcement experience but somehow I think he would do okay.
Trouble is, Bad Hair Day would catch more hell for picking O'Reilly than the hell he'd catch for just about anyone else he picks.
I'm waiting for the day Bad Hair Day catches hell for simply breathing in a way that exhales CO2.
