Now he states that he doesn't want to get in the middle of this debate, and yet he has just done so. What about concealed carry? He never mentions that.
This is just another reason why I don't go to Starbucks. I buy my coffee, when I don't brew it myself, from a local merchant.

I'm Galting Starbucks! Will you?

I've never went into a Starbucks because of their refusal to send coffee to our troops. So glad you brought that up, most people don't know that story. Our unit, the 153rd MP Company is returning today from Afghanistan. I am so excited for them and their families :-)

I had heard a while back the CEO was pretty liberal so I stopped going. I have to agree with the part about not allowing organized events at their stores. I kept thinking as I read the story that I am offended at the content of The New York Times. Will he politely ask patrons to stop reading The New York Times?

Stopped using their store a long time ago when I learned they would not send coffee to our troops in Afghanistan, even though it is a big favorite with them, because Starbucks does not support the war.
