Is this really an attempt to provoke? Given the situation in the region, flying an airplane, nuc capable or not is not a big deal. all sides do it almost all the time.If one of our B-52, B1 or B2 lift off or on of our Aegis Cruiser or Destroyers leave port, they are nuc capable vessels or air craft. We recently flew a B-2 mission around the world. I'm sure it came close to some countries.
If you tell me the detectors went off, then I would be more concerned, but not all that much. We, the Brits and the French as well as the Chinese and Russians and Pakistani and India forces occasionally fly with real nucs on board.
It only makes the news when the "offended" country tells the press about it.
