Ah, a cautionary tale of not trying to blow the head off a company, until they prove they deserve it. Also carefully measure the value of something before deciding you need it, you may be feeding a need that isn't there. Although I do think there is a place for negative feedback, I have 2 protable AC units LG recalled, and after talking to them 5 times and getting "we call you back in 3-5 business days" posted anywhere I could about the bad customer service they provide for a problem they created and needed to address. I go a call from their social media person, and, after several prods, finally got them to send me 2 boxes and shipping labels to send them Fedex to them to fix, since they do not have anyone in Oregon who will, or can do it. I told them to send me the parts and I would do it, but liability....At least I didn't post they were sh@t, like this guy did...
