If the analysis of other intelligence sources is true, this woman is due a one-way trip to the slammer. The question is: will Republicans send her there?

After Susan Rice lied on five different networks about Benghazi, to quote Mrs. Clinton, "What difference does it make?"

ANSWER: All the difference. If government officials can willingly violate both legal and ethical standards, we have the rule of humans, rather than the rule of law.

Welcome to the Banana Republic of the USA.

Well stated. The only solution I see is to start rolling back some government official immunity laws and reducing the size of government to increase accountability of each official. No- I'm not under the influence!

What kind of immunity laws are you referring to? The only ones I am aware of are official offers of immunity for testifying against one's co-conspirators, and such must be offered by either the FBI or Justice Department.

I think the immunity law that he is referring to is the one that says that you can't sue the federal government.

          Also the executive privilege laws.

Ah. I guess we'll see how things play out, but I can't see an appropriate application of either of those laws here. Executive Privilege has to be exerted by the President of the United States, and since Obama is now out of office, it would have to be Donald Trump protecting Rice. But really all executive privilege does is say "I'm going to shield person X's communications with the Executive Branch" from Congressional inquiry because of national security reasons. I'm not sure how one does that at this point since there is such a push to prove Trump's collusion with the Russians and this would clearly be germane.

I would also point out that Rice would be being sued individually here for stepping outside the bounds of her authority and politicizing the information. I am not aware that this was a protected action (like acts performed during war, etc.).

Remember, Hillary made the comment as first lady on a trip to Communist China that she "admired" the power their form of government had over their population. She wanted to be a dictator even as far back as the Clinton administration. Boy! Were we lucky that she didn't bet elected!!!!!

Is anyone really surprised? These ethically-challenged acolytes have allegiance only to the leftist cause. Their hubris is astounding. They truly believe that they are above the law and their ends will ALWAYS justify their means. I would arrest all of Barry's cabinet members, convene a grand jury and start sending them to prison. Despite the racist, sexist criticism, the first three to be convicted would be Holder, Rice and the Hildebeast. That grand jury seat would probably be a career!

What is worse a foreign govt trying to influence our election or our own govt. intelligence subverting the political process of its own people. Jefferson is rolling in his grave.
We have traded our freedom for protection from the intelligence agencies contrived enemy. They have become the enemy.

As near as I can tell, there is a difference! A glaring one! That in my mind's eye it is worse that your own government usurps the will of the people for its own political reasons. At least with the Russians and Chinese (and probably just about everyone else) you expect these games. What the hell, we've been playing them with reckless abandon ourselves. Barry tried to do it in Israel (a friendly ally) and whatever other western country he had his sights set on. Yes, it is worse when our own institutions and shady leaders do it to their own people that it is when our known enemies try to do it to us!

On his TV show, Bill O'Reilly showed clips of libtard talking heads pulling the race card over any criticism of Susan Rice.
Shades of coddling an Obamanation for eight too long years!

Spying (similar to the Breakin at the Watergate) is a criminal offense when it is being done for partisan political gain. Breaking the law (no matter how you try to straddle the line legally) is still what it appears to be!

Susan Rice (regardless of following orders of Obama and/or Hillary Clinton) is a willing stooge and dupe. She knew what she was doing was wrong however Progressives have no interest in the law or even simple fair-mindedness! They are totally convinced that the end justifies the means and to hell with everything else.

This is the same mentality that allows Islamic terrorists (or Activists) to lie with impunity all because it is considered "justifiable" as long as it is against the "enemies" of Islam! The Obama administration apparently subscribes to the same warped and insane dogmatic belief structure (must be his time in Indonesia).

For these (as well as all of the laws that have been bent and/or broken) Susan Rice must be made an example of. My guess is that once these dominoes start to fall, the number of miscreants will rise correspondingly!

So much for Obama's anti-American "Shadow Government". Unless they are Antonio Gramsci, these folks won't be able to wield the power once they have been incarcerated!

There is the Trump-Russia connection leak, clearly politically motivated.

Rice unmasked the information, and Obama distributed intelligence data more widely in yet another precedent.

How is Trump not vindicated in his wire tapping assertion?

Of course the progressives are lying. Their entire altruistically-coated path to totalitarianism is based on a lie.

Ms. Rice, the organ grinder monkey for the Obama administration deserves nothing less than jail time for her actions and her lying. But like certain cancers, you must cut out the root if the malignancy is to die.She will likely use the Nurenberg defense, "I was only following orders" but then, the order giver(s) should be taken to task.

It just won't happen, period. It's political lines that just won't be crossed, even if it is crossed hardly anything will happen. That's just the way it is. I doubt that even Trump would actually push jail time for her. She's too just much in favor of the Dems, after all she's done a lot of lying for all of them. It just another unfortunate circumstance for the United States. Proves the government is not really by and for the people anymore, it's all politics and business ruled by money and favors of the upper elite, our rulers. It's just the way they want it.
