Not everyone has PowerPoint. But it would be very easy to print to PDF and share from a DropBox folder.

I do not know if there is a built in powerpoint viewer in the gulch website, but I doubt it.

Assuming your goal is to share the content of the presentation with more people, I suggest a better solution than powerpoint would be to convert that powerpoint presentation to a video and upload it to youtube, then post a link to that in a topic you create here in the Gulch.
