What do you think of this ad cofunded by Lebron James' charity congratulating him?

Something about it rubs me really wrong. If he wanted to make an ad congratulating himself, why not just fund it and make it himself rather than under the guise of his charity? Also, the need to rub it in people's faces publicly seems rather secondhanded.

    Ah. I'm not sure I agree. LeBron is the biggest star in the NBA right now, and there is an attempt to make him bigger than Michael Jordan.

    The ad? How am I overthinking it? His foundation partially funded the ad and it's congratulating him on his championship. I am confused.
