    'Born Yesterday'. Wasn't there a movie by that name. Actually, there were two. 1950 with Broderick Crawford and Judy Holliday and 1993 with Melanie Griffith and John Goodman. Since you're female, I guess you'd be the Judy/Melanie role. Ditsy turned smart. Sort of a Pygmalion thing.
