Judge Napolitano--"Congres Has Created A Surveillance Monster"
"Can a U.S. president legally spy on a political opponent or any other person in America without any suspicion, probable cause or a warrant from a judge? In a word, yes."
Paraphrasing Judge Nap further~
Besides your cell phone and your car, Big Brother can even find out how many times you use the microwave in your kitchen.
Welcome to the new but not improved unconstitutional USA,

Welcome to the new but not improved unconstitutional USA,
"All of this also leads to the monstrous power of the NSA to manipulate, torment and control the president by selectively concealing and selectively revealing data to him. The Constitution does not entrust such power to anyone in government. But Congress has given it.
All of this also substantially impairs a fundamental personal liberty, the right to be left alone -- a right for which we seceded from Great Britain, a right guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment and a right for which we fought wars against tyrants who we feared would take it from us." Judge Napolitano
These days we have low information and/or power hungry lawmakers, who still want to rise above the Constitution as some sort of above the law elite aristocracy.
Oops, all of the sudden I'm thinking of the Evil Hag~now it's Botox Nancy and Dingy Harry.
The spying on everyone in this country is evil and power driven. Those you named are great examples, but the attack on our liberties has come from both sides of the aisle. What a way to waste more of our tax dollars. I hope the day comes when we vette our polititions on their promise to uphold the constitution. Will the people wake up to the see the true colors
of these #<%*£€¥<##{~}'s., and demand an end to this abusive behavior and acting as an enemy to US.
As for the inevitable poisonous bite?
Hell's bells! Would "Well, you knew I was a snake" ever be a Paul Ryan admission of any treasonous guilty anything?
Hell, no! Not freaking ever!
they all freak me out!
My dad had the first beside the Dothan Boat Club cottage built on the north side of the main lake.
Whoa, think I may have told my mama is calling me to come up from the lake to kill a snake over and over again story.
Your mama taught you to be brave and deal with venomous serpents or gators . The most threatened I have felt from wild life is being run out of my fishing hole by a wolverine in Wisconsin 45 mins from my home. To me that is a big plus living in Minnesota no venomous snakes.
That's where most of the gator's were and they were all flushed out into the main lake.
One day at about that time, I was doing something on the dock when I heard a gator snort with its nose above the water. I walked over to take a look, saw nothing and here comes my dog running like a banshee.
I couldn't stop the silly mongrel from jumping off the dock and into the water. So I grabbed a paddle and repeatedly slapped it on the water until the dog swam back to the shallows where I could grab it. I was never so scared for a stupid dog in my life--and I've since been around a long time since then.

Wonder why judges with Italian names like Antonin Scalia get what America is supposed to be all about.
Nonetheless, I've been calling for quite a while - the best thing Trump could do would be to issue an executive order to dismantle the systems and order the sell-off of assets and rescind the contracts to Booz Allen, et al. Do that, and it would be very hard to immediately re-start again by someone else.
US. as in government?...No! not without verifiable probable cause, etc.
Me dino ain't no Judge Nap but that's what he said.
