Hypocrites. This just exemplifies that they were never there for the ecological reasons they championed. They were paid agitators hell bent on obstructing progress and wasting tax dollars.

Reminds me of the stark differences between the Tea Party protests on the Mall in D.C. compared to the inauguration parties of Obama. When the Tea Party left, the Mall was spotless. When the inauguration supporters left it took days to clean up the mess.

I support the idea of political protest, but it must be tempered with appropriate time and place and respect for land ownership. These people all deserve to be fined for the cleanup costs.

I live in North Dakota and can tell you that I have friends who serve in law enforcement who told me stories that would turn your stomach if they ever came to light. (How about getting hit in the face by a sweat-sock drenched in urine?) Those filthy animals who called themselves protesters and the Hollywood crowd that stood in solidarity with them received WAY BETTER treatment than they deserved. The last I heard the bill from just the law enforcement to protect these people from themselves and from doing anything too stupid was north of $22 million dollars. I think Mr. Soros & his ilk should be served a nice bill to cover these expenses!

Is anything, anywhere, true anymore? This shows me that the George Soros's of this world can try and actually do anything they want. He is a "despicable" human being. I think Obama's main legacy will have been the creation of total mistrust in everything and everyone, because he condoned so much of it publically in such a manner that half the population could not see through it. Most of us know how despicable George Soros was during the big one, it should have been brought out more often today, every time something like these demonstrations came up. Pay attention to history. And what were the real underlying reasons for so many of Obama's actions and decisions? Were they due to education, or the lack of it, inexperience, or simply youth and ignorance, or perhaps something else, perhaps Soros’s influence on him? Somehow all of this stuff is connected together. Our future could be (has been) changed by it. Again, I thank God for making my future in this great country short enough that I won’t have to experience the delayed effects of George Soros and Barack Obama.

This sounds like people who disagree with the protestors poisoning the well. I wonder if the rate the littering and stray animals was higher than the amount of litter in any other random area. Regardless of the cause, when there's a large protest some people who disagree with it take issue with the collateral costs. Freedom is not free though. We should try to catch people who litter, but this is the normal cost of operating a free society, not an reason not to protest or an indictment of the protestors' cause.
