Cerro Del Angel community Farm is located in the Pencahue Valley, just 3 hours South of Santiago de Chile and only 35 minutes from Talca.

Our goal is to create a sustainable and resilient community that provides it's own organic food, water, renewable energy and wellbeing for all. There will be a 3,000 square foot community center with a commercial kitchen, a dining hall, Coffee - Wine bar and additional meeting rooms for workshops and events that align with sustainability, health and organics.

Our country is bankrupt, and there is no way back. Stocks and real estate are overvalued, all taxes takes 50% or more of our earn incomes, and on top of taxes we have to pay high premiums for mediocre health insurance, then banks print and create money from thin air, then we borrow money and pay interest (interest is more tax) over 1/3 of americans are Obese, the other 1/3 are overweight,
1/2 of us will get cancer, we eat bad quality food loaded with pesticides and drink treated tap water full of chemicals. We buy bad quality stuff made in china, and watch tv with low quality programs and we are bombarded and brainwash with commercials, so we buy more stuff.
Is time to wakeup, start planing and have a plan b, things will get much worse, its only a mater of time. and thats why I'm trying to put together a plan, and i can't do it alone. If not now, when?

Just created a webpage for the comunity. I'm open to ideas and suggestions.

The 5 months in chile and 5 months in the U.S is an alternative if you need to earn some income. So basically work 5 months of the year and enjoy the farm the other 7 months.

Good morning. The idea is to have a full time vibrant comunity in Pencahue, Chile. I spend all my capital buying the land and building a cabin on 2013. And now I replat the farm into lots to recoup part of my capital and use the money to build the comunity center, a place were all can meet and share breakfast-lunch made from local organic fruits, vegetables and meats.

In Houston I run a construction business that builds fences, decks and anything outdoors. And I'm looking for a partner with similar objectives,
The idea is that one partner stay in Houston 5 months running the business while the other develops the comunity farm in chile, and then switch places and all over until the community is thriving and lots start selling. Only then we can sell the business in Houston or hire a manager to run it.

If anyone is interested I can explain in more detail.

Is the idea that people living there will do other construction projects unrelated to the community? Or do they just do seasonal projects in Houston and stay in Chile during their down time?
