My guess is we have a few more years of expansion left. I will be moving to a more bearish position before then.

Don't buy on margin<g>, just invest a little at a time, mutual funds, and local RE.

I do hope they allow people to invest SS money. The biggest prob with SS is not its return but that it's behind. There's no wealth saved in it. It's mostly an xfer from working people to retired and disabled people.

I reject the "you're not invited" title. I know they need to get views. But many people build wealth, and it's mostly based on the actions they take.
