Obozo and Cuomo think kowtowing to the tender sensibilities of the .3% who amount to the transgender population is more important than common sense public safety.

However, this is the tiniest, stupid, irrelevant lightning rod I've ever seen. Can we possibly be arguing about the rights of a smaller portion of society to potentially offend a larger portion of society than this? The issue should be left to the owners of the bathrooms. For public ones, states seem like the right place to leave it.
Have you ever been in a women's restroom? We don't have urinals. We have individual stalls, with doors. Nobody's genitals are exposed to anybody. If a 12-year-old girl is seeing genitals in a women's restroom, it's because she's peeking in a door. If anyone is exposing their genitals in a women's restroom, that's a different issue and that would be a problem, but it's not transgender specific.
Never a peep from the media, either.
Regarding this Obama law on transgender school restrooms...Am I the only one noticing that they always start with the children?

At an event a couple months ago a kid threw a snowball and my 8-y/o's face. I don't think they knew I was watching. My kid told him that's not how we play. The other kids said, "but I got you. I got you!" My kid deadpanned back, "doesn't count when it's in the face." The kid tried to persist. My kid picked up a snowball and threw it at the other kid's thick coat and said, "now that counts." The other kid followed his lead and started playing nice. I was so proud.
I know when they get older they will surely not be offended or frightened by any part of the human anatomy, will never take perverse pleasure in making someone different feel uncomfortable, and will keep leading by example.
The main reason why there are restrooms for women only is to protect them from perverts. You'd think that the feminists would want it to stay that way since most of them hate men.
I was in a Best Buy with my son several months ago.
